Balloon Sponsor Proposal

 

Parade committee will provide the following:

  1. One cold air balloon.
  2. Set-up, inflation, deflation and dismantling of all balloons.
  3. Balloon Handler Training School.
  4. Mentioned in all advertising and media releases.
  5. Name engraved on all trophies and plaques awarded.
  6. Company name on banner in parade before balloon.
  7. Name printed on parade T-shirts (if donation is received by March 15, 2007).
  8. Name listed on this website with a link from our site to yours.
  9. VIP seating in grandstands for six.
  10. Six parade T-shirts and bonus items.
  11. Four invitations to the Sponsor Reception in April.
  12. Discount tickets for all parade participants to the May Fair on Saturday, May 12.
  13. Sponsor plaque with photograph of balloon during the Dixon May Fair Parade to display in office.

VALUE: over $3,500

Sponsoring Company will provide the following:

  1. $2,000.00 (depending on size of balloon)
  2. Four balloon handlers wearing company shirts (if possible). Must attend a mandatory training morning of parade.
  3. Script notes for narration (any information about your company that you would like to be announced during the parade). Please submit announcer's script by April 27, 2007.
